Common English Bible slides with the Revised Common Lectionary readings for the Fourth Sunday in Lent, March 18. I'm now preparing sermon ideas, starting with comparing the wording of the John passage in the CEB with the familiar King James and New Revised Standard Version translations that people are used to hearing.
